Due to it being urethane rubber, the painting process is very different and a lot more involved than it would be for urethane resin. Each of these is painted by us and minor paint blemishes can’t really be avoided due to the materials used. (we use the best paint available that’s made specifically for urethane rubber painting)

We obviously can’t make any guarantees for fitting as everyone’s head/face shape is different, If you have a smaller head you can easily pad it out with some upholstery foam, most people use some upholstery foam in the top and/or back of their cowl if they need it.
