While we strive for perfection in every shipment, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process as magical as your cosplay experience!

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Wigs and hair accessories
  • Makeup and face paint products
  • Intimate apparel and bodysuits
  • Custom-made or commissioned pieces
  • Items from special orders or pre-orders

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to our address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund Methods:

  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) will be refunded to the original card

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for costs more than your returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as a broken prop from our Batman collection or a torn stitch on your Agents of SHIELD costume), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
