Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way!

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your cosplay needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx) – $12.95
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Tracking included for your peace of mind
    • Recommended for time-sensitive cosplay events
  • Free Shipping (EMS) – Free for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect when you’re planning ahead for your next convention

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we strive for perfection in every shipment, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process as magical as your cosplay experience!

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Wigs and hair accessories (for your Alice in Wonderland or Attack on Titan transformations)
  • Makeup and face paint products (essential for completing your Bayonetta or Joker look)
  • Intimate apparel and bodysuits (including Black Widow or Black Panther bodysuits)
  • Custom-made or commissioned pieces (personalized for your specific cosplay vision)
  • Items from special orders or pre-orders

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship to our address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

Refund Methods

  • PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) will be refunded to the original card

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style (subject to availability). If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as a broken prop from our Batman collection or a torn stitch on your Agents of SHIELD costume), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
