• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

CosDream Forge Store specializes in high-quality cosplay products and accessories inspired by popular media franchises including but not limited to:

We strive to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship worldwide excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The original packaging is intact
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Wigs and hair accessories
• Makeup and face paint products
• Intimate apparel and bodysuits
• Custom-made or commissioned pieces
• Items from special orders or pre-orders

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and product details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of CosDream Forge Store or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Many of the characters and designs referenced on our Site are the intellectual property of their respective owners. CosDream Forge Store creates inspired interpretations of these characters but does not claim ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without express written permission.

CosDream Forge Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our Site or services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Site
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington, US, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
